It is very helpful to have this type of information on hand, I personally have gone through episodes of depression and anxiety and in those moments you feel that the world is coming upon you. The techniques they recommend here can be very helpful and are practically a lifesaver in the most critical moments.

Hi Hector, thank you for reading and commenting on my post.  Having been to therapy so many times through my life, I learned that these techniques really work.  I particularly recommend the de-stressing techniques.  I listen to relaxation recordings on YouTube and this helps me immensely.  Thanks again for your sentiments.  RhondaLeigh

Hello Smoochi, thanks for reading my article.  And thanks for sharing it with your friends.  Yea, those of us who are already depressed are going to have a tough time with this, but if we nip it in the bud now and start using those methods, we will be better off.  Isolation sucks for healthy, well adjusted people, so it sucks way worse for people with pre-existing conditions.  Anyway, thanks for your thoughts, and please, you and your friends stay safe!  RhondaLeigh

Hi Benny, thanks a lot for checking out my website.  And thanks for sharing how you cope with this crazy world pandemic.  Games and music are also part of what I do to remain sane.  I play Candy Crush on my phone.  And while I’m working out, I jam to 70s and 80s classic rock.  Another great thing that helps me is reading.  Losing yourself in a good book helps you forget for a while about the world’s problems.  Anyway, Benny, stay safe, and thanks for reading and commenting!  RhondaLeigh
