Thank you for a real, raw post on your weight loss journey.  It would be interesting to read more on how your depression affects your weight.  I am also on bipolar meds, and we have been on lock down in New York for a couple weeks now.  I can tell I have gained weight in those few weeks.  I appreciate your honesty.  Keep us posted on how you do with Noom now that you have re-committed to it.  I am inspired to use this time as a new start as well.  Keep up the good work!

Hi Jim, thank you for reading my post.  I have a few articles on the website that touch a little on my depression, with the main one linked here.  You can see others linked to that page.  Yes, I’ve had a tough time of it, trying and giving up and trying again.  It’s an ugly death spiral.  But the first thing in fixing a problem is admitting you have a problem in the first place.  I really think this project will hold me more accountable.  Anyway Jim, so happy I was able to inspire you.  Thanks again for reading and commenting!  RhondaLeigh

Hello Rhonda, I must say that this article is very helpful and informative. I am glad I stumbled upon your article because I think this is exactly what my wife needs. We are now at home all day and it is hard to stay active. You are a true inspiration and you are doing great. My wife and I started following you!

Hello Danijel, thank you so much for reading my article, and for following me!  I really appreciate it.  I’m glad you and your wife found what I’m doing to be helpful.  My goal for my website is to help at least one person, so it makes me happy that I am accomplishing that goal.  Thanks again for your thoughts.  RhondaLeigh
